Meet Mureta da Urca
Well, I’ll tell you about one of the best places to watch the sunset in Rio de Janeiro, the Urca wall.
The wall is in one of the best preserved neighborhoods of Rio, Urca. Urca is located between the neighborhoods of Botafogo and Copacabana, forming a small peninsula where the Morro da Urca and the Sugar Loaf are also found. There are two beaches in Urca that are frequented, a beach of Urca that is not good for swimming and the other red beach that we advise you to go. It is one of the best beaches in Rio.

Fantastic right? :]
Bar da Urca
The Urca wall became known in Rio de Janeiro, as it became a place where Cariocas and tourists chose to have a beer and watch the sunset. There are several bars along the wall. Among them are Belmonte, which has a wonderful shrimp and dried meat pie, highly recommended in addition to its draft beer and Bar Urca, which is located at the end of the wall.

Belmonte is right at the beginning, near Praia da Urca, where the former Tupi TV venue is located. It focuses on many people. because you have to walk a little more.
—
If it’s about 20 minutes, but it depends on your pace and how much you drank before lol.
The highest concentrations of people are found in these two places where people sit on the wall, chat with beer, meet new people and enjoy the wonderful view that dominates the center of Botafogo Corcovado Río and even the Rio-Niterói bridge, including the city of Niteroi.
What’s Near Mureta da Urca
Near the wall you will find the Sugar Loaf! A good program is to climb Morro da Urca along the path. It is free and only takes 20 minutes. You have to walk to the red beach, enter the Claudio Coutinho track where you will find the entrance to the trail. It is quite quiet to find and the road is safe. See more here.

There you can see several boats that are in Botafogo Cove, there are two yacht clubs in the region, the Guanabara and the Rio Yacht Club, which is one of the most famous, traditional and luxurious yachts in Brazil.
If you observe Botafogo Cove, you will see beyond lovely sailboats, boats and very expensive yachts. It is amazing.
