Quitandinha Palace

Palácio Quitandinha

Built to be the largest casino hotel in Latin America, it has 50 thousand square meters and six floors. The largest lake of its imposing façade has the map of Brazil’s shape and was built as the only viable support in case of an unexpected fire.

Museu Imperial

Imperial Museum

The Imperial Museum, popularly known as the Imperial Palace, is located in the former Brazilian Emperor Pedro II summer palace.
Much of the interior decoration still conserves, as the floors of noble stones, the plasterwork, chandeliers and furniture, the reconstitution of the original configuration, when the palace was inhabited. The institution is the most visited museum in the country.

Palacio de Cristal

Crystal Palace

Commissioned by the Count d’Eu, it was built in the workshops of the company Saint-Souver Les Arras, France. The structure was inspired by the Crystal Palace of London and Porto Crystal Palace.
Nowadays, the Crystal Palace is used for exhibitions and events.

Casa Santos Dumont

Santos Dumonts House

The house of Santos Dumont in Petrópolis is a picturesque house embedded in a steep area of the city. Santos Dumont was invited to spend the summer in Petrópolis by Princess Isabel. This happened at the height of the season in the mountain village, during the Empire. He accepted the invitation anddecided to build a house that meets their needs.
The house has three floors, as well as an observatory, on the roof.

Relógio de Flores

Flower Clock

Located in front of the Catholic University of Petropolis, it was built in 1972, on the occasion of the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of the Independence of Brazil. It’s an electronic clock designed with seasonal flowers and whose main engine is in the building of the university.

Catedral de São Pedro de Alcântara

São Pedro de Alcântara Cathedral

Having a total of 22 meters wide and 70 meters long, the Cathedral is dedicated to São Pedro de Alcántara, patron of the city of Petrópolis.
This cathedral is where the Imperial Mausoleum is located, where the sarcophagus of the emperor and empress was definitively moved. In 1971 they were also buried in the mausoleum of Princess Isabel and her husband, Count D’Eu.

Casa Patrone

Artisanal Chocolates Store

Founded in 1913 by a Portuguese immigrant in the city of Rio de Janeiro, which is located on Rua da Lapa 6-12.

Transferred to the city of Petrópolis in 1945, in Rua Coronel Veiga, 1349, in search of fresh mountain air and the right climate for the manufacture of chocolate and its derivatives.

You send R$50,00 per person and per tour through PayPal and get discounts:

R$10,00 less on your first trip
R$15,00 less on your second tour
R$20,00 less on your third tour
Discount per person

– The rest of the amount must be paid during boarding in cash, debit or credit (with 5% addition);
– Tours reserved exclusively by paying the fee in advance are not included in the discount rule.

2 – Payment in the day of the tour
– In cash, debit or credit (with 5% addition);
– There is no discount.

3 – Full payment in advance through PayPal
– With 7% addition.

Cancellation Rules:

– Cancellation is free if it is made until 16:00 the day before the contracted tour;
– Cancellation between 16:00 and 20:00 the day before, we will charge a fee of R$50,00 per person;
– Cancellation after 20:00 or NO ATTENDANCE, we will not be able to refund the amount paid in advance;
– Refunds are made in up to 10 days after the cancellation until 0:00h.
