We request an advance of R$50,00 per person, per tour to guarantee the reservation.
– Payment in advance must be made through PayPal.
– The rest of the amount must be paid at the time of shipment in cash, debit or credit (with 5% addition).

Cancellation Rules:
– Cancellation is free if it is made until 16:00 the day before the contracted tour;
– Cancellation between 16:00 and 20:00 the day before, we will charge a fee of R$50,00 per person;
– Cancellation after 20:00 or NO ATTENDANCE, we will not be able to refund the amount paid in advance;
– Refunds are made in up to 10 days after the cancellation until 0:00h.
