5 BEACHES YOU SHOULD KNOW IN ARRAIAL DO CABO!

Do you know the city of Arraial do Cabo? Not? So look at this text, because we at S2RIO will give you five reasons why you should put the city of Rio de Janeiro on your list of destinations.

The city of Arraial, approximately 165 km from Rio de Janeiro, is a seaside resort, having several beaches, besides being considered the diving capital. Today we will introduce 5 of the most famous to you.

1 – PRAIA DO FAROL

Farol Beach is the most famous in the region. It is an environmental reserve, cared for by the Brazilian Navy, so only authorized vessels can dock at the beach.

Thus, makes it one of the most preserved in the city, because it has access only by boat. With about a thousand meters long, it has very fine white sand, and water that varies between the various shades of blue. It’s a paradise!

2 – PRAINHAS DO PONTAL DO ATALAIA

Pontal do Atalaia is an amazing place. There you can see a sunset, which is among the most beautiful in the world indeed. In addition, the Prainhas do Pontal, are very beautiful, you can reach by boat, but also by car. The beaches also have crystal clear waters and fine white sands.

3 – PRAIA DO FORNO

Praia do Forno is more accessible than the previous two, is next to Praia dos Anjos, where is the city’s port. There you will take a trail, very fast and quiet, and arrive at this beautiful beach. Another form of access is by boat trip, which most often also stops at Praia do Forno.

This beach is 600 meters long, some restaurants, including the floating restaurant, which is floating in the middle of the sea and can only be reached by boat.

4 – PRAIA GRANDE

Praia Grande gets its name because of the huge expanse of its sand, it is approximately 40 km. Much belongs to the environmental reserve, but at the beginning of the beach are several kiosks and a good structure to enjoy. It is in Praia Grande, which happens most of the events in Arraial and is also very busy in the evening, with the people practicing various types of sport throughout its length.

5 – PRAINHA

Last but not least Prainha is the first beach in Arraial, once you pass through the entrance arch into the city, you will see the beach on the left.
