How to make a reservation for Favela Tour
1 – Advance Rate (Recommended)
We collect an advance fee of R$ 30 and the balance is paid on the day of the Tour, with this form of payment we give a discount of R$ 10 per person per tour.
The Advance Fee is sent by Paypal to your email, so confirm that you want that option.
2 – Full Advance Payment
Full Advance Paypal payment, there are no discounts as we have many costs with Paypal rates.
3 – Payment on the day of the Tour
Full payment on the day of the Tour, there is no discount, if you want to pay by card, it’s necessary to notify us in advance.
4 – Groups
For groups of 5 people or more, we have a discount of R$ 20.00 / person in the full price of the tour. To guarantee the reservation, we need an advance payment of R$ 30.00 per person.
All of our Guides are trained and bilingual, but there are always the “favorite ones”. Advance payments have the preference for these Guides.
CANCELLATION POLICY
> Cancellation is FREE if it’s done until 4:00 pm on the day before the contracted tour;
> If it is done after 4 pm of the previous day, you will be charged a fee of R$ 30.00 per person;
> If the payment is done on THE DAY OF THE TOUR or in case the tourist DO NOT SHOW UP, we can not make the refund of the value that was prepaid.
